à At the start of the race you will see a link for the Athlete Tracker under the coverage tab of the event on the home page of Ironman.com. You can also access the coverage by navigating to “Events”, then choosing the race (Ironman Louisville) you are interested in.

- Then Upper right corner it says track athlete… find Jessica Leonard… this will give you live updates where I will be during the race. Only thing needed is a computer or personal handheld phone with internet.

Enclosed are maps to help make time a little easier to find athletes, the parts that have smiley faces are from the GOTR director, and the star’s are places it would be great to see some of you J you can get a more detailed version of this on Google’s Maps “Jess’ Ironman Course- with psble viewing areas”
** Every athlete will be anticipated to start the swim by 7:30 am.
-> I should be out of the water by 9:30 at the latest.
-> I should be on the LaGrange loop for majority of the race considering we loop it twice as you can see, and it is 33 miles long. Times I will be on the course are listed. THIS IS AN ESTIMATION J
->Complimentary shuttle bus service will be available from downtown Louisville to LaGrange (and back) on race day from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Following the swim, spectators can walk to the corner of Witherspoon and First Street to catch the bus to LaGrange. The shuttle bus drop- off/pick-up location in LaGrange is in front of the courthouse at the corner of Main and Second Streets.
-> The Bike Course closes at 5:30 so you know I have to be back in to transition before then to start the run that I will enjoy so much J
->Run maps are also enclosed with lots of stars.. this is when I am going to need you all the most J Come with signs, noise makers, you name it! It s a loop course, that we do twice, so you will and can see me lots!
