Saturday .. January 29, 2011 :) Something great is going to occur... On Saturday, everyone of my spinning bikes are reserved to ride for 8 hours.. 8 hours.. for 18 bikes, and I am asking for a donation of $20.00 per rider per hour.. all tax donation for Cincinnati Girls on the Run! How awesome is that!
I have an incredible support staff, that includes this awesome kick butt Jim Williams who made a slide show for 8 hours :) He pretty much rocks... hands down :)

In August of 2009 I became an Ironman in Louisville Kentucky. However, when the door in front of you closes once, why not knock again to try to open it?
